1.    The Riverstone Travel Designer service is provided directly by Halsall Travel International, which is owned, and operates, independently from Riverstone.   Riverstone accepts no responsibility or liability for the Riverstone Travel Designer service, including (but not limited to) any travel, accommodation, experience or other bookings or services you may choose to make through the Riverstone Travel Designer service provided by Halsall Travel International.
 
2.    The Riverstone Travel Designer service is not compulsory and residents are free to use any other travel agent or service provider of their choice at any time.
 
3.    If you do choose to book any travel, accommodation, experience or other bookings or services through the Riverstone Travel Designer service, then:
 

• you will be entering into a contract directly with or via Halsall Travel International for such bookings and/or services. Booking terms and conditions are available on request from Halsall Travel International; and

• the cost of any such bookings and/or services are not included in your membership fee and will be payable by you directly to, or via, Halsall Travel International in accordance with the relevant agreed booking terms and conditions.
